A cousin of mine sent me an email the other day titled Bucket List. Since she recently crossed one of her bucket list items off (driving from California to Georgia), I opened it. It had a list of things that I was supposed to check if I'd done it. Color me surprised that I found several on the list that I couldn't put an X by.
Since I'm in full confession mode in the wake of my handwriting post, I figured it might be interesting for you to see just how sheltered I've been, and yet I still consider myself a writer. Seems to me that my education needs to be furthered a bit, don't you agree?

The one that surprised me is that you've done something you'll regret for the rest of your life. Hard for me to picture that. :)

Yes. Definitely kiss under a mistletoe. I kissed under one at my wedding. It was a Christmas wedding. :)
ReplyDeleteI go up in a small plane about once a week. And I've actually stolen a traffic sign, but it was when I was a teen. I'd never steal anything now.

ReplyDeleteAlso, I thought you were from Georgia? I live north of Atlanta (though am no native) and as far as I can tell there is no such thing as Iced Tea around here. The is only Sweet Tea and everything else!
Don't knock skinny dipping outdoors. I am a very modest person, but have done that on more than one occasion. Very freeing and exhilerating. ;)
ReplyDeleteThat is a huge list! I thought a bucket list was supposed to be shorter. LOL On the regret thing, I don't believe in it. Regret is a waste of time. You can wish you had done something differently. But you probably learned a valuable lesson. And how can you regret that?
I counted 46 yeses on my own list, and I'm totally forcing you to go skinny dipping if we ever meet in person :)
